The symposium, hosted by The University of Toledo, is a multidisciplinary event designed to educate, engage, and connect healthcare professionals, educators, and community leaders. This year’s programming will focus on advancing healthcare access, exploring the social determinants of health, and showcasing transformative technologies—including the expanding role of robotics and artificial intelligence in modern medicine.

As a featured exhibitor, R2 Surgical will display a certified pre-owned da Vinci Xi surgical robot, offering attendees the opportunity to “test drive” the system using a hands-on skills simulator. This interactive demonstration allows medical professionals and students to experience how robotic surgery is practiced and perfected, reinforcing R2 Surgical’s commitment to education, access, and innovation.
