He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences from The Ohio State University, with additional graduate coursework at St. John’s University.

Bailey's role is critical in managing our international sales operations. His extensive experience includes managing diverse portfolios and spearheading global sales initiatives. Previously, as a National Account Executive & Manager at Mint Medical, Inc., Bailey managed accounts worth $1.7 million in yearly fees and led strategic expansions into North American and German markets. His expertise will be instrumental in expanding R2 Surgical's global footprint.

Proven Track Record in Business Development and Innovation

Bailey's innovative approach is evident from his tenure as co-founder and lead strategist at Wattson, LLC, where he led the development of the SolSan, a groundbreaking UVC-LED sanitation device. His strategic vision and ability to navigate complex market challenges equipped him with the unique skills necessary for driving R2 Surgical's growth in the competitive market of surgical technology.
